Licensing, Registration & Permits

All the paperwork done!

Licensing, Registration & Permits

Leave the paperwork to us

As you would expect there are a raft of strict regulations, standards and specifications governing any drainage systems, especially those dealing with foul water. These are monitored and enforced by SEPA and your Local Authority.

But you can leave that all to us. We will ensure that your system meets the standards, is properly tested and certified, then signed off by the relevant authority. As the owner you are criminally liable if your system causes pollution, so we will make sure that you have all the knowledge and support you need to operate and maintain your system for life.

We also have a moral obligation to protect our environment from pollution and damage.

Our aim is to ensure that your system meets and, if possible, exceeds the standards to provide a safe and healthy environment for you, your family and the natural world.

We support and guide you through:

building warrant

Scottish Environment Protection Agency (SEPA) Registration

SEPA Licence (if needed, usually only larger systems)

Maintenance contracts
